We ship parcels using DPD and/or Pallex Pallet tracked Service. We will send you tracking information by email or text to inform you know when they will be delivering your parcel.
Our cut-off time for deliveries to leave us the same day is 11:30am Monday to Friday.
In Stock Next Day Delivery: Same day dispatch if placed by 11:30am for next working day delivery.
Out of Stock: 3 - 5 Working Days or by pre-order date if shown on the product page.
Items Marked 'Pre-Order' on the website are not currently available from our supplier. If we know the delivery date, it will be visible on the product page. Please call or email for information on Out-Of-Stock items & we will update you when they are available again. If a forward delivery date is shown, you may still pre-order as we are awaiting our stock delivery.
If any item ordered becomes unavailable we will contact you by email or phone with expected delivery times. We authorise and debit orders on acceptance, if should you wish to cancel, we will do so immediately.
Free Product Exchange:
We allow 30 days for a product exchange. On receipt of the original unused items in original packaging we will return your exchange carriage free.
