We will always do our best to calculate your delivery price fairly, adjusting between DPD, pallet, or a combination of the two to find the best rate for your order. There is no fixed weight at which we move you onto a pallet - the checkout works it out for your basket and charges you the cheaper way.
We ship parcels using a DPD Next Working Day tracked service (usually by 12 noon). We will send you tracking information by email or text to let you know when they will be delivering your parcel.
DPD is £10 per consignment, which covers the first 10kg, plus 50p for each additional kilo. A consignment carries up to 30kg, so 10kg is £10, 15kg is £12.50, 20kg is £15, and a full 30kg consignment is £20. Heavier orders are spread across as many consignments as they need and we work out the split that costs you the least, so the price rises in steps rather than jumping straight to a pallet.
Pallet deliveries are sent by Pallex: £46 for a euro pallet holding up to 120kg, or £66 for a standard pallet holding up to 200kg. Heavier orders go on whichever combination of the two carries them most cheaply.
Any single box weighing more than 30kg goes by pallet, as DPD cannot carry it. For orders over 1,000kg, please contact us and we will quote you directly.

Our cut-off time for deliveries to leave us the same day is 11:30am Monday to Friday.
Same day dispatch if placed by 11:30am for next weekday delivery.

Items marked 'Pre-Order' on the website are not currently available from our supplier. If we know the delivery date, it will be visible on the product page. Please call or email for information on out-of-stock items, and we will update you when they are available again. If a forward delivery date is shown, you may still pre-order as we are awaiting our stock delivery.
If any item ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you by email or phone with expected delivery times. We process and debit orders upon acceptance. If you should wish to cancel, we will do so immediately.
We offer 30 days for a product exchange. On receipt of the original unused items in their original packaging, we will send your exchange with free carriage.
